In a data-enabled design approach we proposed Meeb. a mediating system for smart-homes. Although we did not realize the learning behavior behind this system, I learned to use different types of data as a creative material for design. By making quick iterations and continuous data gathering via both sensors and users I learned a new way of evaluating and making design choices.

This elective taught me how to gather and visualize sensor data in such a way that it can benefit qualitative user-involvement. Continuously reflecting on what data to collect, how to interpret this and what this means for design.
